• Delivery Time: Domestic deliveries may take 5–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns Policy

• Dry Goods: Unused, unopened dry goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Live Animals: We do not accept returns on live animals. However, if a fish arrives deceased, please email us a clear photo within 2 hours of delivery for possible replacement or store credit.

• Custom Orders: Custom tanks or specialty products are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
